1. REFERENCE TRANSACTIONS (PAYPAL – OPTIONAL)
If you check out with PayPal and explicitly opt in to faster checkout, PayPal may enable a “reference transaction” to speed up future purchases you initiate. We do not use this to charge you without an order or your authorization.

- We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including AK/HI). No international shipping, no PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
- Shipping Rates: Standard Free; Expedited $9.99
- Handling: 1–2 business days; Transit: 3–7 business days (subject to carrier/weather/holidays).
- Cutoff: Orders before 4:00 PM EST process same day; after 4:00 PM EST process next business day.
- Lost packages: We work with the carrier to resolve. Incorrect addresses: reshipping fee may apply.
11. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (SUMMARY)

- Online returns only. Request within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns: Customer pays shipping unless defective/incorrect; refunds issued to original payment method.
- Exchanges: Not offered directly. Return for refund and place a new order.
- Non-defective items must be brand-new, unused, in original packaging. Defective/damaged-on-arrival items are covered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fashware is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or products. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fashware and its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims arising from your breach of this Policy or violation of laws or third-party rights.
