RETURN WINDOW
You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order (based on the carrier’s delivery scan). Requests made after this window aren’t eligible.
WHAT’S ELIGIBLE
We accept returns in these cases:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (including carrier damage on arrival).
- Non-defective items that are brand-new, unused, and in resellable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Items showing wear/use, missing packaging, or damaged after delivery may be refused.
COSTS & LABELS
- Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email support@fashware.store within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the item’s condition (and defect, if applicable)
We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we’ll send return instructions via email.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
CUSTOM JERSEYS (PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS)
- All sales are final for custom jerseys with personalized names, numbers, or designs.
- These are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error caused by Fashware.
- Please carefully review your customization details before ordering, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom jerseys (except defective/incorrect items)
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
REFUNDS (TIMING & METHOD)
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Your bank/PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Returns must be pre-approved; unsolicited packages may be refused.
- Late deliveries due to carrier/weather/holidays aren’t grounds for refunds unless the product is damaged.
- Customers should use the return method provided by Fashware; we aren’t responsible for parcels shipped with other services without tracking.
